Finn Thomsen was co-founder of Wunderman International, the first Direct Marketing agency in Denmark. He worked for both local and international agencies prior to founding DIRECTION Marketing – a relationship management consultancy – in 1993.
In 1996, he joined the DDMA Board and was elected chairman two years later – a position he still holds in conjunction with being a CRM consultant. Finn is the principal and also teaches at the DDMA education Diploma in Relationship Management.
He also manages a Data Driven Marketing Network for members and non-members of the Danish Marketing Association and teaches Relationship Marketing at the Danish School of Media and Journalism. As a CRM Advisor, Finn helps both B2B and B2C companies to establish and develop profitable customer relations based on the CRM discipline and Marketing Automation.
